Delek Tulum

This place was gorgeous, it was a wonderful experience staying there. The staff (Catalina in particular) were really wonderful too, the location was perfect, the pool was lovely, the restaurant was great too.

10/10 hospitality from the delek team, they went above and beyond and were so incredibly welcoming. The hotel has a great ethos, the service is outstanding and it is an amazing place to relax and have a great time

We can't wait to return to Delek Tulum. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive to every request we had. The size of the resort is perfect for a couple's getaway, with everything within a few steps from the room (beach is steps away, while many good restaurants are literally across the street). The room was perfect size, with a large bathroom and very cozy. We really enjoyed wait staff at the beach, who were always fun and friendly to interact with, not to mention that the beach-side food menu exceeded our expectations (the fish and shrimp tacos are fantastic). We were on our baby-moon, so every day was spent lounging on the cozy cushions on the beach, and we'd head across the street each night to try a different restaurant (highly recommend Checkpoint Ciao literally in front of the hotel, as well as Arca and Heartwood nearby).

Location was amazing!! Restaurants and beach clubs are close by (walking distance) Staff were amazing too and so helpful. Rooms were beautiful, we had part ocean view and it was stunning to wake up to in the morning. Plunge pool and heaps of beach lounges to use during the day are great. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel so welcome and they were all so great - especially Jasivy, Pacheco and Sergio! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend a stay here.
